Educational Description

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with Node.js and frameworks such as NestJS and Express.
• In-depth knowledge and preference for the NestJS framework.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
• Experience with database technologies, particularly PostgreSQL, and also MongoDB, MySQL, etc.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js, preferably with the NestJS framework.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI elements with server-side logic.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Integrate data storage solutions, preferably PostgreSQL, but also MongoDB, MySQL, and other databases as needed.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, testing, and debugging.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
